Do you need to clean out your entire system? Here is one way in which you can do an entire body flush. Salt water regulates your body's pH levels and replenishes your electrolytes. Take at least three cups of water and boil low in a pot to heat up drink for 5 minutes. Boiling the water will break up the himalayan salt particles releasing the 30 to 60 minerals it contains. Turn off stove, and be sure to let it cool. You may squeeze in some fresh lemon juice, about a cup to mask salt taste. Pour the solution in a mug if it is hot like tea temperature.
